What facilities are available when we hire the hall? 

There are tables and chairs available in the hall that are in the storage cupboard available for hirers to use these include: 

  • x 58 children’s chairs 
  • x 14 children’s tables 
  • x 133 adult chairs 
  • x 13 large tables 

Is there a kitchen? 

Yes there is a kitchen with catering facilities including; Cups, plates, glasses, fridge, water heater, cooker & microwave. We just ask that you wash and return the items to their place once you have used them, 

Facilities not available at the hall include; 

  • No wifi is not available at the hall 
  • no saucepans for the cooker 
  • only a small amount of cutlery 
  • Bring your own dish clothes, tea-towels and washing up liquid 

Do you have an alcohol licence? 

No we don’t have an alcohol licence 

Are there any restrictions on the type of event I can book?

Unfortunately, we do not allow 18th or 21st birthday parties 

When can we get access to the hall?

15 minutes before your booking starts 

How do I obtain keys to the hall?

15 minutes before the start of your booking, you may collect the hall keys from security. The security office is based at the management office, which is located across the road from the hall. They will be expecting you and will have your details, please ensure you have suitable ID with you when you arrive. 

When do we have to leave by?

The keys should be returned to the security office 15 minutes after the end of the booking. 

When and how do you pay your deposit?

Payment of the deposit is required at least 28 days prior to your booking. Once you have received confirmation of your booking, you will be sent details about paying your deposit. This may be done online or by cheque. 

When is full payment required? 

Full payment is required 21 days prior to your booking. Full payment should be made online or by cheque.

When will my deposit be returned?

Provided there has been no damage to the building or infringement of the T&C’s of your hire, your deposit will be returned in full online or by cheque within a month of your event date.
