Before you book the Village Hall please make sure you have;
- Read the T&Cs of hire
- Check your proposed event is allowed as by the T&Cs
- Follow the hallmaster link (click here) to check availability
If you are ready to go ahead to book then please do the following;
- Make a provision booking via hallmaster (click here)
- Arrange a viewing (if required) by emailing the administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- You will receive confirmation from the administrator regarding your booking
- Fill in and return the information form that is sent out by the administrator giving full details of the event and contact details.
- Follow instructions regarding payment of deposit and the full amount
- Please note the deposit and full payment must be paid within the allocated time frame.
