Before you book the Village Hall please make sure you have;

  • Read the T&Cs of hire
  • Check your proposed event is allowed as by the T&Cs
  • Follow the hallmaster link (click here) to check availability

If you are ready to go ahead to book then please do the following;

  • Make a provision booking via hallmaster (click here)
  • Complete the following booking form – Booking form – 2019
  • Arrange a viewing (if required) by emailing the administrator (
  • You will receive confirmation from the administrator regarding your booking
  • Fill in and return the information form that is sent out by the administrator giving full details of the event and contact details.
  • Follow instructions regarding payment of deposit and the full amount
  • Please note the deposit and full payment must be paid within the allocated time frame.
